Orders are packed and shipped within 1 - 3 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).

We aspire to roast to order. We will not ship coffee that is beyond 14 days from roast.

If you have any questions about your order, please contact our customer
service via our online chat. We respond to customer inquiries within 24
hours on all weekdays (Mon - Fri).

Please note: Pantheon cannot be
held responsible for delays caused by any of our carriers. Pantheon has
no control over any customs or import duties that could be levied when
the parcel reaches your destination country and for which you will be
liable. These customs charges can also cause delays.

International shipping rates cover shipping charges only. Please note
that duties, taxes and carrier brokerage fees are not included in your
order amount at checkout. Duties and taxes may be due to the parcel
carrier upon delivery. These fees will be assessed by the parcel
carrier, and must be paid by the order recipient. Customs policies vary
widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office
for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required,
it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

We offer FREE Postal delivery on coffee subscriptions to US. Please see next section for info on how shipping is handled in USA.

Our free shipping threshold does not apply to pre-paid subscriptions.
